When current tenant Carrefour needed more space, Prologis provided a Class-A cross dock building with a BREEAM “Good” accreditation.
“The extension of Carrefour at Presles-en-Brie showcases Prologis’ ability to adapt to individual customer needs and also illustrates the flexibility that allows us to offer upgradeable solutions to support our customers’ ongoing business activities,” said Cécile Tricault, country manager, Prologis France.
The new unit is an addition to the 50,000 square meter build-to-suit building Prologis developed for Carrefour in 2015, increasing the size of the overall facility to 56,000 square meters.
The new build-to-suit warehouse benefits from a large number of operating permits, including the standard storage permits, as well as more specific operating permits.
