Salvi Cals is the development officer for France.
His responsibilities consist of securing land positions and monetizing the land bank by developing new assets, either speculatively or for build-to-suit transactions.
Prior to joining the development team, Cals was in charge of investment services activities in Southern Europe. His responsibilities ranged from due diligence management to financial underwriting, where he worked closely with market-facing teams and external advisers.
Cals holds two master’s degrees from Sciences Po in Paris—one in international relations and one in urban planning and real estate—and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008.
